What began as a modest 1,900 square foot 2-level row house, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms evolved into a dramatic full home remodel. Our goal was to expand and modernize this property, reconfiguring it with an open floor plan and significantly increasing the living space. By excavating, we added a basement that includes an open area, a second kitchen, and additional living space, thereby maximizing the utility of the property. The final result of the home renovation and extension resulted in an impressive 3,000 square-foot home, boasting 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
